The October sections filled. She told herself she would grab a November seat instead, and by the time she called, November was gone too. She hung up and figured that was it. Maybe next year. Maybe after the holidays. Maybe after the next raise that never seems to come.

She was one phone call away from waiting another year. Then she heard about December.

Back By Popular Demand: December Certificate Classes Are Open

Our ECE/CDA certificate courses are the most requested classes at Theoria Technical College, and this fall proved it again. Every October and November class is booked. So we added one more round to the calendar, the last of 2026:

ECE/CDA-100: Saturday and Sunday, December 5 and 6
ECE/CDA-200: Saturday and Sunday, December 12 and 13
ECE/CDA-300: Saturday and Sunday, December 12 and 13
ECE/CDA-400: Saturday and Sunday, December 19 and 20

These are the final ECE/CDA starts of the year, and only a few seats are open in each section. When they are gone, the next opening is in 2027.

Why These Classes Fill Every Time

The ECE/CDA certificates are the California Title 22 expectations for child care staff.

Each one is delivered in Theoria's hybrid format: a live virtual weekend lecture, asynchronous coursework online and a Supervised Field Experience at an approved early childhood site, so you put what you learn to work in a real classroom right away.

Teachers take these courses to qualify for the next role. Directors send their teams because trained teachers stay longer and lead better.
